Undeniable Health AI Inc. ("Undeniable Health," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website at undeniablehealth.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have with respect to that information.

Important limitation: This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to Protected Health Information (PHI) that Undeniable Health processes on behalf of healthcare provider clients in connection with denial recovery and revenue cycle management services. PHI processed in connection with our services is governed exclusively by the applicable Business Associate Agreement between Undeniable Health and the relevant covered entity, and by HIPAA and its implementing regulations.

Do not submit PHI through any form on this Site.

2 - Information We Collect

A - Information You Provide

When you complete a contact form, request a demo, or sign up for email communications, we collect:

  • Name and job title

  • Company name and type (e.g., clinical lab, billing company, health system)

  • Business email address and phone number

  • The content of your message or inquiry

We collect this information solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, scheduling a demonstration, or sending you updates about our services if you have opted in to receive them.

B - Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location (city/state level)

  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation patterns

PHI processed by Undeniable Health in connection with our denial recovery and revenue cycle services is handled under separate Business Associate Agreements with our covered entity clients, and is subject to HIPAA's Privacy and Security Rules.

If you are a patient whose healthcare provider uses Undeniable Health's services, your PHI rights are governed by your provider's Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy. Please contact your provider directly for information about how your health information is used.

We do not collect or process PHI through this Site. If you inadvertently submit PHI through a contact form, please notify us immediately at legal@undeniablehealth.ai so we can identify and securely delete it.

9 - AI and Automated Processing

Undeniable Health is a business associate under HIPAA. This privacy policy does not govern the handling of PHI. Access and Correction

You may request access to personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information, by contacting us at the address below.

Deletion

You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will honor such requests subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Opt-Out of Marketing Communications

If you have subscribed to our email communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. We extend the same access, correction, and deletion rights described above to all U.S. residents where required by applicable state law.
